Hello everyone! As we all know it is the month of September!! But did ya'll know that September is National Preparedness Month (NPM)? The 2014 National Preparedness Month theme is: “Be Disaster Aware, Take Action to Prepare”

Week ONE is about reconnecting with family after a disaster! There are two forms we have linked for you to print out. One is the kids family communication plan and the other is for parents and adults family communication plan.
